L’ABAS-II è una scala di valutazione del comportamento che misura le abilità di vita quotidiana, ossia ciò che le persone effettivamente sono capaci di fare, senza l’aiuto degli altri. È in grado di rilevare tali abilità in soggetti di età compresa tra 0 e 89 anni, che presentano disturbi pervasivi dello sviluppo, ritardo mentale, problemi neuropsicologici, demenze, difficoltà di apprendimento, fattori di rischio biologici e menomazioni sensoriali o fisiche.
